This is a game for children to understand the world. The knowledge and historical background of scenic spots around the world are added to the game, allowing children to understand the world in the game. The biggest feature of this game is the addition of AR real-world exploration. Through the AR interstellar door, users can pass through another world to achieve online travel.
The inspiration for this project came from an experience in my childhood. When I was 7 years old, I lived in a pastoral area, far away from the city, the news was blocked, and the traffic was backward, which led to my incomplete understanding of the world when I was a child. This experience reminded me of left-behind children deep in the mountains, who have the same problems as me when I was young.
The inspiration for this project came from a funeral I attended not long ago. The entire process of traditional funerals is very complicated, it takes a lot of time and energy, and causes serious pollution. This traditional way of commemoration cannot adapt to the rapidly developing society. So I want to find another way to commemorate the deceased.
The output of the project is a book that uses the book as a medium of emotional sustenance to replace the cemetery. The book has lighting settings to replace the fire-light sacrifices in traditional funerals to express the grief of loved ones. The content of the book records the deeds and achievements of the deceased, makes up for the shortcomings of the lack of genealogical records, and helps future generations to understand the deceased.
